Who doesn’t loves pancakes, especially the children. And my kids are no exception. So for them, I made these nutritious pancakes with fresh summer fruits. Here’s the recipe…
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2-3 drops vanilla essence
2-3 ripe bananas
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Grind oats, flour, eggs, sugar, 1 banana, essence with 2 tbsp milk in a mixer. Let it sit for around 1/2 an hour.
- Apply some butter over a non-stick flat pan and make pancakes with the batter.
- Garnish it with the fresh fruits and dust some powdered sugar over pan cakes before serving.
- Enjoy it with honey.
